**Key Responsibilities**
As a remote sales and customer support representative, your key responsibilities will include:
* Responding timely and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
* Assisting customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers
* Identifying customer needs and pursuing new sales opportunities and recommending appropriate products/services to drive sales
* Accurately processing orders, handling inquiries, and resolving any issues related to orders
* Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
* Using arenaflex systems to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions based upon company protocols
* Working closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other internal teams to help achieve business goals
* Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers
* Achieving and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics
* Helping identify best practices, protocols, and processes
* Making suggestions to improve department
* Assisting in marketing programs
* Assisting in analyzing customers' future requirements for forecasting purposes. Providing monthly sales reports of sales pipeline
* Analyzing the territory/markets potential, tracking sales, and delivering status reports
* Supplying management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
* Keeping abreast of best practices and promotional trends
* Continuously improving through feedback
**Secondary Job Accountabilities**
* Job may require travel for sales calls, trade shows, conferences, and sales meetings
* On-call needs - We are a global company, and there are times that you may be needed outside of normal business hours
* Other duties as assigned
**Minimum Education & Experience**
* High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
* 3-6 years proven experience in customer service and sales
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
* Ability to quickly learn and understand changing technology
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player
* Able to function independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* Ability to work on a computer and/or communicate by phone for extended periods of time
