As a remote sales and customer support representative, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for sales and customer service. **Key Responsibilities** As a remote sales and customer support representative, your key responsibilities will include: * Responding timely and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat * Assisting customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting * Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers * Identifying customer needs and pursuing new sales opportunities and recommending appropriate products/services to drive sales * Accurately processing orders, handling inquiries, and resolving any issues related to orders * Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction * Using arenaflex systems to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions based upon company protocols * Working closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other internal teams to help achieve business goals * Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers * Achieving and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics * Helping identify best practices, protocols, and processes * Making suggestions to improve department * Assisting in marketing programs * Assisting in analyzing customers' future requirements for forecasting purposes.
