As a Customer Support Associate at blithequark, you will be part of a 24/7 team that works tirelessly to ensure that our customers receive the support they need. You will be responsible for responding to customer-submitted live chats and emails, troubleshooting and resolving issues with their account, billing, domain, or other transactional inquiries. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date on new product features and improvements, identify isolated customer experiences, and escalate important issues.
