**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team of data enthusiasts. As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing actionable insights to drive business growth. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions, leveraging your expertise in data analysis, business intelligence, and communication.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Assemble comprehensive analyses, data visualizations, and multi-functional reporting that provide critical support to business operations and decision-making
* Respond to key business questions and provide expert knowledge on various business streams, including D+ and Hulu, to enhance the customer experience and drive conversions
* Advance the scientific capabilities of the business, collaborate in the design of analytical solutions, and deliver exceptional data insights and products
* Utilize data visualization tools, SQL, and programming languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data
* Apply statistical methods (t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, correlation, Regression, Factor Analysis, etc.) to understand customer behavior and preferences, and drive business impact across the organization
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering)
* 3+ years of professional experience as a data analyst in an information and analytics space with expertise in SQL, Python, or R for complex querying, high-level analysis, performance optimization, and working with data at scale
* Experience delivering end-to-end analysis projects: from unclear requirements to a compelling story, accessible to diverse audiences, and ultimately to a clear business outcome
* Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and technical partners, and present to senior leadership
**Good TO-HAVES**
* Master's degree in a scientific field
* Demonstrated data visualization skills with tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, etc.
* Experience with marketing landing pages, join channels, and business spaces
* Ability to identify and properly escalate issues to management
* Counseling background, MBA, or other multi-industry experience
* Strong motivation and ability to work independently
* Exceptional written and oral communication skills
* Humor and ability to connect with others
* Remarkable interests or areas of expertise that impact the way you interact with others and tackle your work
