**Job Responsibilities**
As an Operations Technician, you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:
* Contributing to and leading efforts in the deployment, maintenance, and support of modern and new data center infrastructure
* Participating in or leading troubleshooting and resolving essential or escalated technical issues
* Testing and troubleshooting new server hardware components and designs
* Configuring and troubleshooting Linux OS-related issues on servers
* Deploying and maintaining arenaflex's advanced data center server and network infrastructure
**Key Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Experience troubleshooting hardware or community-associated troubles using Linux-based tools
* Experience in hardware, networking equipment, working systems, and data center operations
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to collaborate and partner with others to resolve complex issues
* Experience with mild coding or scripting, as well as networking protocols
* A strong understanding of data center operations, including server hardware, networking equipment, and Linux OS
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
* Experience working in a data center or network operations center environment
* Experience with advanced networking protocols and technologies
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
