**Job Summary**
arenaflex is seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our data management team, you will be responsible for maintaining and analyzing data, creating visualizations, and providing insights to drive business decisions. **Key Responsibilities**
* Maintain and update internal databases, dashboards, and data libraries to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
* Design, develop, and implement data visualizations and reports to communicate insights and trends to stakeholders
* Perform data analysis, mining, and processing to identify patterns and trends, and provide recommendations for business improvement
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions and strategies
* Develop and maintain data management processes and procedures to ensure data quality and integrity
* Provide scientific support to innovation teams, including code documentation, data changes, and calculations
* Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or Sociology
* Moderate experience in data analysis, visualization, and dashboard development
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively
* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
* Familiarity with data management tools, such as Incorta, Prophet, and SQL
* Experience with ETL tools, such as Teradata, Python, Java, Ruby, and Pig
* Familiarity with statistical programming languages, such as R, SAS, SPSS, and Stata
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working with large datasets and data warehouses
* Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and techniques
* Experience with data storytelling and communication
* Strong business acumen and understanding of business operations
* Experience working in a retail, customer service, or e-commerce environment
