We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Costco Customer Care Representative to join our team at Employelevate. Job Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. You will answer a high volume of incoming calls and engage in face-to-face conversations to provide information, research online issues, and offer support with website navigation. You will also utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex situations and advocate for Costco members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and engage in face-to-face conversations to provide exceptional customer service
- Determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, including answering general questions and resolving complex issues
- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Work collaboratively with clients, vendors, purchasing, and operations staff to resolve issues
- Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously on multiple screens while on the phone or responding to chats
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Past customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and split days off
- Proficient in computer programs and typing (minimum 30 wpm)
