**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist on our Disney Parks, Experiences and Products (DPEP) Florida Finance team, you'll play a critical role in analyzing and interpreting financial data to inform business decisions and drive growth. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends and patterns, develop insights, and create actionable recommendations to improve visitor experiences and drive investor value. **Key Responsibilities**
* Analyze and interpret complex financial data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions and drive growth
* Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reports to support business planning and decision-making
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations to drive business growth and profitability
* Provide data-driven insights and analysis to support business decisions and drive strategic initiatives
* Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure effective communication and collaboration
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in finance and data analysis to continuously improve processes and procedures
**Essential Capabilities**
* 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, data analysis, or a related field
* Strong understanding of financial concepts, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VBA and SQL
* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
**Preferred Capabilities**
* Experience with data mining and machine learning techniques
* Strong knowledge of Disney Parks, Experiences and Products activities, specialty units, and product offerings
* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
* Experience with process improvement and change management initiatives
**Required Education**
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
**Preferred Education**
* Master's degree in a quantitative field, an MBA, or a CPA
* Experience with data perception tools, such as Scene or Power BI
