**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for executing medical services methodologies, driving patient care results, and ensuring consistency of clinical pharmacy services. You will work closely with our clinical networks, patients, and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and services.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Execute patient intervention pharmacy programs and ensure consistency of clinical pharmacy services
* Drive pharmacy financial performance by executing on pharmacy projects to boost reimbursements while improving patient care results
* Handle prescription processing from a remote setting
* Cultivate strong relationships with clinical networks in assigned regions and serve as a representative and contact of the organization
* Function as an informed authority and resource to other pharmacists and field leaders
* Maintain current knowledge of pharmacy industry and maintain required licensure
* Perform direct patient care programs, including but not limited to, Drug Treatment Management programs, Vaccination Services, and Payer and Pharma Adherence and Clinical Projects
* Drive consistency and continuous quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services by analyzing, assessing, and re-planning processes; monitoring and examining results; and executing changes
* Ensure region pharmacies comply with regulatory compliance, standard operating systems, and FDA guidelines
* Drive local pharmacy financial performance by adjusting business systems to organization financial objectives
* Uphold efforts to improve patient experience by expanding focus on healthcare services (e.g., patient counseling, medication administration, drug treatment audits, and retail, clinical, or health services, such as vaccinations, disease state management, and Specialty programs)
* Provide expertise, resources, education, and support to pharmacists and field leadership
* Conduct data and clinical audits and make vital moves to ensure accuracy and propriety of medications
* Review patient records and patient profiles to ensure appropriate and safe medication treatment
* Provide individualized patient/provider discussion
* Utilize exceptional interpersonal skills to win the trust of patients by listening to their concerns and providing a sounding board for pharmacy concerns
* Provide feedback regarding the effectiveness of the Client Maintenance Program, including comments from patients as the value of individual consultations
* Responsible for all inquiries, discussions, and provides which relate directly to patient treatment
* Provide clinical advice and information to patients, healthcare professionals, and insurance plans as necessary
* Perform other work consistent with the job duties in this record as allocated by management
* Observes rules and procedures for all job duties to meet objectives
* Complies with organization policies and procedures, including all HIPAA rules/guidelines
* Ensures compliance with government, state, and local pharmacy regulations
**Essential Capabilities**
* Current pharmacy license as granted by the relevant state licensing authority
* Experience motivating colleagues to research and resolve issues
* Experience working with confidential information
* Ability to work non-standard hours, which may include nights, holidays, and weekends
* Experience utilizing time management skills, such as prioritizing/scheduling and following details and meeting time constraints of various tasks with fluctuating completion dates
* Experience creating ways to achieve objectives with minimal supervision, contingent upon oneself to complete goals and it is essential to decide when escalating issues
* Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction
* Ability to travel up to 10% of the ideal time for business purposes (within state and out of state)
**Preferred Capabilities**
* Willingness to acquire other state pharmacy licenses if necessary
* Knowledge of insurance plans
* Knowledge of PC operating systems, including Radio, Commitment, and Plus
