As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of data management and analytics. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our data management and analytics team, you'll work closely with cross-functional groups to design, develop, and maintain data foundation conditions that enable report automation for arenaflex's Medical Services Quality Improvement program. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving business insights and decision-making across the organization. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with internal IT and data teams to design and develop data foundation conditions that enable report automation for arenaflex's Medical Services Quality Improvement program * Work with a cross-functional team of data experts, BI engineers, and framework heads to deliver business insights and decision-making across arenaflex * Direct the delivery of arenaflex's Health data and insights drives and initiatives * Uphold long-term and ad-hoc data ETL and data warehousing activities to meet arenaflex's Health reporting and analytics requirements * Plan, develop, and deploy layered data sets and data pipelines to support reporting and analytics projects * Create data profiling and data analysis across internal production systems, manually maintained data, and standard healthcare data collections (e.g., patient qualification, clinical cases, pharmacy claims, HEDIS ECDS records) * Develop internal tools for automation of all development-related activities (data handling, QA, data approval, etc.) **Essential Capabilities** * Proven, hands-on experience writing and tuning SQL-based ETL/ELT scripts * Experience designing and delivering intelligently isolated data conditions using ETL/ELT services, including but not limited to, Sky blue Data Pipeline, Databricks, or Snowflake * Experience providing technical leadership and presenting data rationalist semantic layer enhancements connected with BI technology stage like PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker * Strong verbal and written communication skills with technical teams, internal partners, clients, and vendor partners * At least 2 years of experience contributing to business decisions in the workplace * At least 2 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership, or cross-functional team leadership experience **Preferred Capabilities** * Data ManagementCertified Analytics Professional (CAP) * Knowledge of pharmacy, healthcare, and clinical research concepts **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a talented team of data experts and innovators * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Access to cutting-edge technologies and methodologies * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply.
