As a remote-based employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, while being part of a dynamic and supportive team. **Job Summary** As a Mortgage Customer Service Representative II, you'll play a critical role in engaging with customers, resolving issues, and providing expert guidance on mortgage-related matters.
