Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented data entry specialist to join our team. As a data entry specialist, you will be responsible for processing trade deal purchases in customer profiles, identifying and addressing breaks recognized between arenaflex and fund companies or transfer agents, and processing corporate activity activities. You will also be responsible for settling and reconciling transactions, processing and reconciling returns activity, and performing analysis of complex and escalated issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Process trade deal purchases in customer profiles and identify and address breaks recognized between arenaflex and fund companies or transfer agents
• Process corporate activity activities, settle and reconcile transactions, and process and reconcile returns activity
• Perform analysis of complex and escalated issues, conduct testing and validation of new technology enhancements, and provide solutions to management
• Review and analyze client/advisor account exceptions, regulatory commitments, and tax coding corrections
• Reconcile breaks across BOS and fund companies, and review and analyze correct tax coding and corrections of tax coding
• Provide client and business partner service, respond to business partner inquiries, and provide follow-up on alternative investment moves
• Promptly and accurately complete client investing and dividend requests

Essential Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of financial services industry, including alternative investments and regulatory requirements
• Experience with software applications, such as Salesforce and Slack
• Strong understanding of regulatory commitments, such as 2340 and 15C3-3
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
