Job Overview

The primary objective of this role is to ensure that arenaflex's customer experience is industry-leading, from lead to order, through to delivery. As a Social Media Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and driving a program of continuous improvement for client experience throughout the customer journey for all vehicle products and channels. You will be the primary point of contact for all relevant cross-functional partners regarding arenaflex vehicle customer journey and will proactively identify customer pain points and potential opportunities for growth across all business areas.
