**Job Description**
We are seeking an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for designing, building, and utilizing information to maximize business impact via engineering, reporting, and analyses. You will work in close partnership with our Director, Algorithms, and collaborate with various technology and business groups to ensure raw data is converted into meaningful and actionable business insights for decision-making and strategic planning.
**Key Responsibilities**
* **Data Engineering**
+ Expand and maintain the organization's single source of truth - distill the complexity of 3rd party software data into intuitive and scalable reporting tables.
+ Ingest external data to enhance reporting and analyses.
+ Sell data democratization and self-service.
+ Help and empower data-driven decision-making across the organization.
* **Reporting**
+ Construct actionable reporting used by departments across the organization.
+ Design and screen key performance metrics across departments.
+ Discover business opportunities and ensure stakeholder pride.
* **Analysis**
+ Translate business problems into analytical projects.
+ Practice data and data modeling to gain actionable business insights.
+ Prepare and present results to all levels of management.
* **Governance**
+ Communicate and drive the data roadmap with stakeholders.
+ Work with business leaders to create requirements and execute initiatives.
+ Mentor analysts, set time limits, and uphold data and analytics standards.
+ Discover opportunities to harden and improve business processes with departments outside of the data and analytics branch.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
* Eight+ years of experience in an analytical function.
* Five+ years of management experience.
**Functional Skills**
* High proficiency in SQL and ETL tools.
* Proficient in building visualizations through reporting software, including Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office.
* A few skill ability in various programming languages, including VBA, Python, C#, etc.
* Able to manage a team of data engineers and data analysts, both offshore and onshore.
* Strong business acumen and ability to articulate complex concepts in plain English.
* Analytical flair and action-oriented; enjoys strategic thinking while also being tactical.
* Strives to understand and solve the needs of business partners; acts as a steward of the company and a collaborative problem solver.
* Inquisitive about pushing the boundaries of what's possible with data - ML/AI, MLOps, etc.
* Experience leveraging cloud technologies, including Azure, AWS, or GCP.
* Should be able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and deliver powerful insights & outcomes quickly.
* Robust written & verbal communication skills.
* Strong desire for continuous learning & improvement.
