As a Senior AI Scientist, you will develop AI algorithms to improve diagnostic accuracy in radiology and lead research initiatives using advanced clinical data and deep learning methods.
Responsibilities
• Develop AI algorithms that will be deployed to improve diagnostic accuracy in radiology
• Research, design and evaluate novel deep learning, NLP and CV methods for clinical imaging and reports
• Lead research initiatives and contribute to scientific publications
• Present research at leading scientific and industry conferences
• Work closely with AI researchers, data scientists, clinicians and ML engineers to deliver production‑ready models
• Shape technical direction and act as a senior contributor within the AI function
Skills
• Strong experience in deep learning, particularly with Python and PyTorch
• Experience leading independent research projects from concept to delivery
• Hands‑on model development, training and evaluation using clinical or complex data
• Strong capability working in Linux environments
• Experience with GPU or cluster‑based training environments
• Experience with healthcare or radiology data
