**Key Responsibilities**
* Apply knowledge of analysis, business processes, tools, domains, project systems, requirements definitions, and testing to resolve a range of issues
* Collaborate with other Innovation Colleagues to provide counsel or solutions within their subject matter
* Stay informed about current developments within their skillset
* Identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to issues
* Estimate effort and value for solutions
* Apply business solutions with a broad level of knowledge about technology stages/structures
* Confirm data and carefully review and verify the accuracy of own work using reliance ID processes in technology work
* Establish or follow prioritization processes to drive work, completing work with a focus on moving forward
* Express thoughts, business or technical requirements clearly and succinctly in writing using appropriate levels of outline and integration
* Screen program risks, issues, and extensions proactively, ensuring the appropriate level of visibility and escalation
* May perform other work duties as directed by Representative's Managers
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
* Strong knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and upgrade
* Strong knowledge of technical conditions
