**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Data Quality:** Interpret raw data from various sources into actionable insights for data-driven decision-making. Develop and maintain automated pipelines for ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure high-quality data.
* **Predictive Modeling:** Design and implement new predictive models using statistical and machine learning techniques to forecast and optimize client engagement across arenaflex's platforms.
* **Business Intelligence:** Develop data visualizations and reports to communicate results to business stakeholders in an easily digestible and automated manner.
* **Initiative/Organization:** Collaborate closely with business partners to identify opportunities and drive growth, and with other data teams to improve data modeling, testing, and visualization capabilities.
* **Process Improvement:** Drive innovation by exploring new measurement methods and conceptualizing ways to enhance the current forecasting and reporting infrastructure.
* **Activities:** Participate in Agile development methodologies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews. Contribute to an "Open Source" learning culture, sharing knowledge, teaching, and collaborating with colleagues.
**Required Qualifications:**
* **Education:** Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science).
* **Experience:** At least 2 years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field.
* **Technical Skills:**
+ Proficiency in SQL and Python (e.g., pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) for data analysis.
+ Experience with ETL, data pipeline management, and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, PySpark, Snowflake, Databricks).
+ Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
+ Experience designing and implementing predictive models (e.g., linear regression, decision trees).
