Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Inbound Call Center Representative to join our team at Workwarp. As a key member of our Client Services Call Center, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving product or service issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a courteous and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate customer records by updating account information on our eTIMS system
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and determine the best solution to resolve issues
- Collaborate with supervisors to expedite corrections or adjustments and ensure timely resolution of customer issues
- Fax documentation and escalate customer complaints or callback requests to supervisors as needed
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results and maintaining a high level of quality focus
Requirements:
- Previous call center customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and able to navigate our eTIMS system
- Ability to multitask, edit customer accounts, and document information accurately
- Professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers
