Job Overview:
- Competitive salary: $16.31 - $19.31 hourly, with average starting earnings of $36,780 per year + up to $36,000 in commissions yearly

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing a broad range of customer inquiries, including collections, retention, sales, and technical support

- Meet monthly sales goals and deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Work a set schedule, including breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time to ensure availability to answer customer calls
Requirements:
- Call center or customer service experience
- Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours
- Reliable internet service and a dedicated work area that meets WFH standards
- Ability to participate in workspace audits and adhere to organizational security and compliance standards
