Job Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for working on complex data analytics projects, gathering and integrating large volumes of data, performing analysis, and developing actionable insights and recommendations. You will acquire data from multiple sources, identify trends and patterns, and interpret results using various statistical techniques and tools. Your findings will be presented in a clear and concise manner, enabling stakeholders to make informed, data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on big data and analytics projects, gathering and integrating large volumes of data
- Perform analysis, interpret results, and develop actionable insights and recommendations
- Acquire data from multiple sources and identify trends and patterns
- Interpret data and analyze results using various statistical techniques and tools
- Presents data and analysis in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders
- Collaborate with various partners to provide a holistic view of the analysis
- Measure and monitor results of applied recommendations and present adjustments
- Ensure all data acquisition, sharing, and results of applied recommendations are compliant with company standards
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Five to seven years of statistical and/or data analytics experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Working knowledge of analytics and statistical software such as SQL, R, Python, Excel, Power BI, and others
- Experience in analytics, advanced analytics/statistics, predictive modeling
- Strong analytic skills with the ability to extract, collect, organize, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Outstanding interpersonal, collaboration, verbal, and written communication, tact, and persuasion skills
- Ability to effectively define and communicate technical concepts to business line leadership and operations groups
- Contact Center experience
- Fundamental cloud exposure
- Ability to work with and manage vendor or third-party relationships
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
