**Job Summary**
The Full Stack Logistics Manager will be responsible for leading a team of logistics professionals, overseeing the day-to-day operations of our logistics functions, and ensuring seamless customer experiences. This role will require a strong understanding of logistics operations, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to drive business growth and improvement.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of our logistics functions, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
* Develop and implement process improvements to drive efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive business growth.
* Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications**
* H.S. diploma/GED required
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred
* Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or industry-related field required
* One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) is required
* Logistics industry knowledge is advanced required
* Knowledge and understanding of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations is advanced required
* Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components is intermediate required
* Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production is advanced required
