About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Wellbeing and Agent Efficiency team within CSP. As a key member of this team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the technical vision and delivering solutions that enhance agent efficiency and productivity. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and launch innovative products and features that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering partners to execute on product and business strategy, building novel products and features that drive customer satisfaction.
- Lead, drive, and contribute to the full development cycle: technical design, development, testing, experimentation, analysis, and launch.
- Review code and design documents, providing feedback on product specs and prototypes.
- Mentor and coach engineers within and outside your local team to develop their technical and collaboration skills.
- Foster a culture of technical excellence, from design to code review to production deployment.
- Work closely with agents and business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Contribute to the development of AI-powered features, such as case routing, data assistance, and guided workflows.
- Participate in code reviews and design discussions, providing constructive feedback to improve team efficiency.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- 9+ years of relevant software development experience in a fast-paced tech environment.
- Strong expertise with backend systems in large-scale service-oriented architectures.
- Experience with frontend or full-stack development.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team and with teams across engineering, product, and design organizations.
- Passionate about efficiency, accessibility, technical quality, and system quality.
- Bachelor's or Master's/PhD degree, preferably in Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AI-powered features and machine learning.
- Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and scalable architectures.
- Strong understanding of software development best practices and design patterns.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems.
