**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Strategic Sourcing Specialist to join our team, responsible for developing and implementing strategic sourcing costs and contractual arrangements through competitive bids and agreement negotiations. As a key member of our team, you'll participate in cross-functional sourcing initiatives, evaluate providers and experts based on pre-determined criteria, develop and lead RFI/RFP processes, analyze bids, and prepare and execute clear, data-driven negotiation techniques.
**Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Strategic Sourcing Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Participating and leading cross-functional sourcing initiatives with key internal stakeholders
* Evaluating providers and experts based on pre-determined criteria, including quality, responsiveness, and cost
* Developing and leading RFI/RFP processes for professional services according to arenaflex policies and procedures
* Analyzing bids based on overall cost/delivery to identify opportunities to obtain the best value
* Preparing and executing clear, data-driven negotiation techniques using Strategic Sourcing methodology
* Preparing and executing contracts, as well as performing post-award administration
* Understanding and assisting in the development and execution of performance control applications with providers that focus on quality, responsiveness, and cost
* Ensuring compliance with Sourcing and Procurement regulations and best practices
* Communicating and documenting to management the reputation of any significant external relationships that may impact planning and decision-making
* Analyzing market trends and conditions that affect internal stakeholders and external providers and/or pricing
* Participating in professional development activities to stay up-to-date on current industry best practices
* Demonstrating exemplary integrity and ethics in all instances
* Showing expertise in all aspects of the sourcing process for professional services agreements
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience, with a minimum of 2 years of professional services sourcing experience
* Ability to engage with and establish relationships with personnel at all levels
* Strong strategic agility
* Strong analytical skills
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Strong negotiation skills
* Ability to collaborate in a team environment
* Internal client awareness
* Ability/choice to work in various environments
* Ability to handle ambiguity
* Knowledge of:
+ Sourcing & Procurement processes
+ Basic legal terms & conditions
+ Entertainment industry trends and conditions
+ Proven expertise in all aspects of the sourcing process for professional services agreements
+ Established experience working with the legal department on subjects regarding boilerplate revisions to terms and conditions
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working with and/or for companies that offer consulting and advisory services
* Professional Services Sourcing history is a plus
* Consulting/Advisory history is a plus
**Education**
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
