**About the Role**
As a Strategy & Operations Manager on our DashPass team, you'll be responsible for leading the development and implementation of growth and quality initiatives. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to build, launch, and scale new opportunities, and use data-driven decision-making to run tests and drive continuous improvement. Your expertise will be essential in shaping the customer experience, driving subscriber retention, and informing business decisions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Strategize: Innovate and work on support strategy within the DashPass business, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate: Work cross-functionally with teams across arenaflex to build, launch, and scale new opportunities, including Product, Marketing, Analytics, Finance, Design, and more.
- Influence: Partner with multiple teams to bring your ideas to life, driving business outcomes and customer satisfaction.
- Experiment: Use data-driven decision-making to run tests on everything from new support experiences to retention-driving programs, analyzing results and iterating for improvement.
- Build: Work on building products and launching plans from the ground up, driving innovation and growth.
- Analyze: Assess the operational and financial impacts of your decisions, using insights to inform business strategy and drive continuous improvement.
**Essential Qualifications**
- 6+ years of experience in strategy, operations, product, growth, or related areas, with a proven track record of leading initiatives and driving business outcomes.
- Strong analytics experience, including SQL, building financial models, and performance tracking.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally, building relationships and driving collaboration with multiple teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex ideas and data to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- BA/BS degree in quantitative or business fields, with a strong foundation in business principles and operations.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong understanding of subscription-based businesses, with experience driving growth and retention.
- Experience working with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of arenaflex's products and services, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Experience working in a hybrid model, with a proven ability to balance in-office and remote work.

**Pay Range**
The location-specific base salary range for this position is listed below. Compensation in other geographies may vary.
- Colorado Pay Range: $128,900 - $193,300 USD
- California Pay Range: $136,000 - $214,800 USD
- New York Pay Range: $143,200 - $214,800 USD
