Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from our cardholders, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be required to maintain up-to-date computerized customer information, authorize sales, and build relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from cardholders, providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain up-to-date computerized customer information, including accurate and detailed records.
• Authorize sales and process transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Build relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues, providing a positive and personalized experience.
• Utilize computer software and technology to manage information, type while talking, and perform other tasks as required.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, thrive in a team environment, and effectively communicate with customers and colleagues. You will also require:

• 6+ months of customer service experience, or military equivalent experience.
• Proficient computer skills, including the ability to manage information in multiple windows and type while talking.
• Confidence using a computer and software applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment with access to high-speed internet.

Essential Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must live within a 2.5-hour commute of Rapid City, SD.
• Must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
• Must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation, and submit fingerprints as part of the selection process.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; we will not sponsor individuals for employment visas.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and other software applications.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
