Job Summary
The Order Entry Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the accurate and timely entry of customer service orders into our service software platform. This position requires a high degree of attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. As an Order Entry Coordinator at arenaflex, you will be responsible for verifying the accuracy of service orders, setting up new customer contracts, and assigning service lines to contracts, among other key responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Review approved quotes returned by customers for accuracy, exercising discretion and judgment in assessing their validity.
- Set up new customer contracts in Service Trade based on approved quotes.
- Assign service lines to contracts as required.
- Review repair quotes and ensure jobs are assigned to the appropriate job.
- Verify customer’s tax status and contract details, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable tax regulations.
- Assign applicable customers' assets as needed for job.
- Assign customers' labor contract to jobs, abiding by appropriate labor allocation agreements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to request required documentation as needed.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure all data is entered both with consistency and in compliance with approved standard practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn and grow with the organization.

Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED is required, with an associate degree in business or supply chain being desirable.

- Excellent written and spoken English language skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
