The Remote Recruiter role requires a strong understanding of the Construction Industry, as well as prior experience in recruiting for or working in this field. This experience will enable you to understand the specific needs and qualifications necessary for the roles we are filling. As a Remote Recruiter, you will be responsible for screening and evaluating applications and resumes, conducting initial interviews with candidates, leading client meetings, and coordinating with clients to schedule and organize final interviews.
Your role will also involve obtaining feedback from clients after final interviews are completed, which will enable us to continuously improve our selection process and facilitate onboarding.
