Role Overview
As a Remote Sales Representative, you will be the heartbeat of our culture, representing our company and advocating for our clients with enthusiasm and integrity. Your mission will be to educate others about the importance of our medical security alert devices, building rapport and establishing relationships with our customers by genuinely listening, identifying needs, communicating with clarity, and providing solutions to their questions and concerns. You will receive calls from a variety of customers who are trying to get connected with a medical, billing, or financial related business, creating an opportunity to share our device with those who may need it and not even know it.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively educate customers about the importance of our medical security alert devices
- Build rapport and establish relationships with customers by genuinely listening, identifying needs, and providing solutions
- Communicate with clarity and integrity, ensuring customer satisfaction in every interaction
- Meet and exceed sales targets, with opportunities for bonuses and growth

Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- To be at least 18 years of age
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of sales experience and/or call center environment experience
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)
- A customer-focused approach with adaptability to new situations
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
