- Lead and facilitate project pricing, value-add total cost of ownership modeling, and postmortem review and process improvement functions, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
- Ensure financial deliverables are accurate and compliant with global policies, IFRS, local taxes, and commercial standards, maintaining the highest level of integrity and transparency.
- Support client negotiations from a financial perspective, providing expert guidance and support to drive successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align sales and pricing strategies with overall business objectives, driving growth and excellence.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong foundation in finance, pricing, operations, or workforce management, with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a related field. A Bachelor's degree in business or a quantitative/technical discipline is required, with an MBA being a plus. You will also need to demonstrate strong attention to detail, superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and previous experience in finance, pricing, operations, or workforce management with a BPO company.
