Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Travel Advisory: Offer personalized travel recommendations and expert advice on destinations, travel arrangements, and travel insurance options.
- Problem Solving: Handle and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, such as flight cancellations or itinerary changes.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in a customer service role or within the travel industry. Familiarity with travel booking platforms, CRM systems, and data entry software is a plus.
