About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled HR Shared Services Representative to join our team in a remote work arrangement. As a key member of our HR Shared Services team, you will be the primary point of contact for all HR inquiries, from initial requests to fulfillment, and will work closely with our local and global teams to resolve employee issues in a timely manner. This role requires a strong customer support mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the accuracy of employee data through the control of employee structures and processes
- Assist with applications that impact all personnel, ensuring they run smoothly, so employees can focus on doing their best work
- Have the opportunity to research new tools and strategies that can be implemented to simplify, optimize, and automate work across our Talent organization
- Help create, write, and maintain our HR knowledge base for employees
- Assist with analyzing, implementing, and operationalizing new employee services (from pre-employment to offboarding)
- Perform system and testing audits as required to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and functionality; analyze and record results and discrepancies
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience with the Workday HCM tool
- Demonstrated experience in Mass Uploads (EIB)
- Strong project management, communication, and customer support skills
- Strong analytical skills, including intermediate to advanced skills in Excel
- Strong interest in HR and the ability to provide results in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to troubleshoot using rigorous logic and strategies to resolve complex problems
- A degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field is preferred but not required
- Experience in Workday Data Analyst, HR area, or as a HR Generalist is a plus
- Experience with Zendesk ticketing system is a plus
