As an Integrated Customer Services Agent, you will be part of our Frankfurt Airport Customer Services team, supporting a group of Lead Specialists in delivering a safe and high-quality airport experience to our customers. You will be responsible for providing consistently high-quality customer care and ensuring a seamless experience across all touchpoints. Your duties will include performing a range of airport-related tasks, such as check-in and security, gates, transfers, and arrivals, as well as conducting security checks and screenings. You will work closely with our Lead Specialists and take direction from them to ensure the smooth operation of our airport services.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should be results-driven, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and security of our passengers. You should also be flexible and able to work in a shift environment, including weekends, bank holidays, and public holidays.
