Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly review incoming requests from diverse sources, such as email, facsimile, chat, and mail, to discern the writer's intent for processing.
- Proficiently process a wide range of routine and complex customer responses through letters and emails, while consistently meeting or exceeding departmental standards for productivity and quality.
- Meticulously review transactions for precision and accuracy, recognizing the paramount importance of accuracy in this role.
- Collaborate with clients over chat/inbound/outbound calls to resolve complex and non-complex issues promptly and effectively.
- Engage in chat, fax, and email correspondence with clients.
- Actively liaise with other departments to resolve issues and address inquiries.
- Actively participate in cross-training initiatives across various departments to broaden your knowledge and skill set.
Essential Qualifications
- Exceptional communication skills, encompassing both verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency in computer navigation and typing, with a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute and a high degree of accuracy.
