Job Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for performing methodology improvements for client call centers and performance tracking, educating business stakeholders on company-wide capabilities, and providing leadership in the identification and development of new analytics concepts and strategies. You will ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory guidelines and procedures on all tasks undertaken and provide updates on project logs, monthly budget figures, and tasks reviews. Additionally, you will assist directors and leaders in building quarterly and annual plans, forecast future drive needs for colleagues supported, and guide or supervise less experienced staff, students, and external contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform methodology improvement for client call centers and performance tracking
- Educate line of business, company-wide capabilities, and more senior management on business systems based on analysis of performance metrics, trends in population distributions, predictive scenario modeling, and other complex data to maximize benefits and asset growth, and minimize operating losses within the client call centers and other operating principles
- Provide leadership in the identification and development of new analytics concepts and strategies
- Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory guidelines and procedures on all tasks undertaken
- Provide updates on project logs, monthly budget figures, and tasks reviews
- Assist directors and leaders in building quarterly and annual plans and forecast future drive needs for colleagues supported
- Guide or supervise less experienced staff, students, and external contractors
- Collaborate and communicate with peers, associates, and more senior managers to resolve issues and achieve objectives
- Lead projects, teams, or act as a peer coach
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- 3+ years of investigation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- 3+ years of analytics consulting experience
- SAS or SQL experience
- Tableau and/or Power BI experience
- Strong reporting and analytics experience
- Experience with methodology improvement and implementation
- Ability to leverage new data sources to understand the Contact Community data and develop strategies to drive continuous improvement
