Key Responsibilities

- Resolve customer issues, including returns, exchanges, and concessions, with empathy and integrity
- Provide critical service and product information, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of blithequark's Luxury Stores' products and services, including fashion trends, product availability, and promotions
- Utilize various software programs to resolve customer inquiries, identify and escalate system errors, and provide quantitative and qualitative insights on customer feedback
- Collaborate with external shipping contractors to assist customers with domestic and international issues
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of experience in a luxury customer service-focused environment, such as contact centers, luxury retail, or hospitality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy and integrity
- Confidence in making decisions, including late returns, faulty goods, and concessions
- Flexibility to work a variety of shift assignments, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime, as business needs dictate
- Able to work in a remote, call center environment, with a dedicated home workspace that meets blithequark's remote work guidelines
- Highly proficient in desktop applications, such as MS Office, and comfortable working with computers and smartphones
- High school diploma or equivalent
