Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and curious Master's-level student to join our team as a Marketing Data and Customer Engagement Intern. In this role, you will focus on analyzing marketing data, identifying trends, and developing customer-centric strategies to drive business growth. You will work closely with our marketing, media, and data teams to bring alignment and awareness across these functions, including engagement with Salesforce Marketing and Data Clouds. Your contributions will help us track ROI, optimize our marketing efforts, and identify opportunities for scaling and improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in defining marketing customer journeys to drive alignment and awareness across marketing, media, and data functions
- Analyze marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop recommendations for improvement
- Support the development of customer-centric strategies to drive engagement and business growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, media, and data, to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Engage with Salesforce Marketing and Data Clouds to optimize our marketing efforts and improve ROI tracking
- Participate in periodic meetings and events on campus to collaborate with the team and contribute to project discussions
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should be a Master's-level student with a strong foundation in marketing, data analysis, and customer engagement. You should possess excellent time management and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment. You must be available to work 40 hours per week for 10 weeks (May 19 – July 25) and be located in North Carolina during the internship program. You should also be legally authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future.
Essential Qualifications
- Master's-level student in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, business, data science)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Availability to work 40 hours per week for 10 weeks (May 19 – July 25)

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of Adobe and AI tools, digital marketing, and prospect and customer databases
