If you're a bold and diverse thinker looking for a challenging and rewarding career, come join us! **About the Role** As an Experienced New Customer Acquisition Representative I at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth through new customer acquisition, renewal management, cross-sell, and up-sell opportunities. You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new logo opportunities, and effectively communicating the value proposition to prospective customers. This is an entry-level position, ideal for someone with limited prior experience, but a strong desire to learn and grow. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain a strong, positive relationship with clients as a trusted advisor on arenaflex solutions * Prospect, qualify, and process leads from various lead generation sources * Develop and maintain an active pipeline of forecasted sales to meet annual quota objectives * Grow the revenue stream by identifying new logo opportunities, win-back opportunities, and close cross-sell opportunities * Effectively communicate the value proposition to prospective customers through a consultative process to ensure the majority convert to customers * Maintain consistent and accurate data in Salesforce to support territory, account planning, and forecasting * Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including pre-sales, client success, marketing, data, product, delivery, and customer service teams **Education and Experience** * Bachelor's Degree: Required * Years of Relevant Experience: 2 to 4 years * Minimum of two (2) years of high-value, business-to-business, solution sales experience * Proven success in new customer acquisition * Highly driven, focused, and committed with a proven track record of consistent sales achievement **Essential Skills and/or Certifications** * Proven ability to work independently as well as a member of a team with flexibility to adapt and manage change effectively in an ever-changing environment * Ability to manage and report on opportunities throughout the various stages within the sales pipeline.
