As a remote Online Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in our VUE (arenaflex Underwriting Experience) Team, providing world-class customer experience to each of our customers through inbound phone calls. This is not a call center job; we're an insurance agency that handles inbound customer inquiries about our policies and helps customers troubleshoot.
