Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Part-Time Banking Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Processing customer transactions, opening new accounts, and educating customers on our products and services.
- Building relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs, and identifying opportunities to promote and educate them on our products and services.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives and drive customer satisfaction.
- Staying up-to-date with our products, services, and policies to provide accurate and informed advice to customers.
- Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge and contribute to the success of the team.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of experience working with customers in any capacity, which can be demonstrated through volunteering, education, military experience, or other relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- A valid Notary License is an asset.
Preferred Qualifications

- Teller experience or experience working in a banking or financial services environment.
