We're a dynamic and forward-thinking organization that values creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning. **The Role** As a Part-Time Live Chat Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, engaging with customers via online chat to provide accurate information about our products and services. Your goal will be to turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue. You will work in a relaxed, yet professional and fun environment, surrounded by a team of positive and energetic individuals who share your passion for customer service. **Responsibilities** * Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns * Provide detailed information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing * Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments with our clients' customers * Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review * Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review * Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services offered by arenaflex * Collaborate with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience **Qualifications** * Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary * Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies * Strong ability to multitask, with a focus on providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment * Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment * Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin **Training and Requirements** * On-the-job training via Zoom, with a focus on developing your skills and knowledge in customer service, product information, and lead generation * Must be able to type at least 40 WPM * Must have your own computer or laptop with a second monitor, webcam, microphone, and external mouse & keyboard * Quiet, dedicated work space free from distractions – this is a remote position * Able to attend 4 weeks of full-time remote training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 11:00am-7:30pm EDT **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a dynamic and forward-thinking organization * Collaborative and supportive team environment * Professional development and training opportunities * Flexible scheduling and remote work options * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about technology and the automotive industry, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
