Key Responsibilities

- Organize and arrange goods with a strategic approach for dispatch, and receive incoming shipments from trucks or back-hauls and unload them
- Carry out cleaning duties to achieve optimal warehouse functioning and productivity
- Conduct warehouse inventory counts in adherence to guidelines
- Prioritize cooperation and interaction with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership, utilizing ongoing communication and information exchange to achieve success
- Offer constructive criticism and advice for optimizing warehouse operations
- Inspect articles, discuss product value, possible hazards, and cleanliness issues with warehouse managers
- Exercise independent judgment and action within the authorized domain of accountability
- Aid in the attainment of predetermined warehouse management targets
- Complete assigned responsibilities with exactitude, proficiency, and in compliance with company policies and procedures
