Position Overview
The Wholesale Customer & Operations Representative (Primarily Home) serves as the first point of contact for agents, their staff, and policyholders. This experienced‑level role handles inbound communications (calls, emails, chats), resolves service issues, prepares coverage and premium financing quotes, processes policy documentation, and ensures compliance with carrier specifications. The role is primarily home‑based, with occasional travel to regional offices for team events, trainings, and culture‑building activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Front‑Line Communication: Respond promptly to inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries, providing accurate information on quoting, binding, policy status, billing, and procedural guidance.
- Quote Preparation & Release: Generate and deliver coverage and premium financing quotes for residential and commercial lines, ensuring all carrier guidelines are met.
