As a Performance Data Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic team that is shaping the future of the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Performance Analytics and Forecasting
  • Conduct forecasting, ad hoc modeling, and deep-dive analysis to inform business decisions
  • Monitor agent performance, identify areas for further research, and own analyses from start to finish
  • Build dashboards and visualizations to tell compelling stories with data
  • Present and communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to Senior Leadership and business partners
  • Create, maintain, audit, and optimize reports and documents used to process various programs
  • Execute programs critical to the business operation under strict timelines
• Measurement and Analytics
  • Leverage multiple reporting platforms and databases (Tableau, Snowflake, Hadoop, Dataiku, Excel, etc.) to conduct analyses and build/maintain reports
  • Monitor data quality and report accuracy; escalate if needed
  • Collaborate with team members, leaders, and business partners to answer summary business questions with sound quantitative analyses and reproducible results
  • Apply innovative analytic techniques to test hypotheses and extract actionable insights
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest data technology trends and share knowledge and best practices with team members

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of quantitative, non-internship experience in an analytical role
• Familiarity with forecasting, including conventional statistical techniques and/or machine learning or deep learning techniques
• Proactive attention to understand the "Why" behind performance, decisions, etc.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks and complete projects on time
• Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and visual)
• Desire to excel in a fast-paced, complex, and ambiguous business environment
• Experience with SQL and R or Python

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following skills and experience will give you a competitive edge:

• Solid understanding of statistical inference and proven experience in applying statistical rigor to analyses
• Knowledge of data visualization best practices and experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Excellent SQL skills and fluency in R or Python
• Ability to quickly adapt and learn new applications and skills
• Ability to maintain and develop relationships with partners/clients/team
• Graduate degree and/or 4+ years of relevant experience in analytics or data science
