**The Role**
As a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for servicing a portfolio of personal lines home and auto business placed through multiple insurance companies, including national carriers and standard market insurers. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs, process policy changes, and ensure accuracy of new policies prior to client delivery. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining and updating coverage summaries, preparing binders, and making recommendations to current clients that will update and enhance their policies.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Process policy changes, additions, billing, claims status, and renewals with accuracy and efficiency
* Maintain and update coverage summaries, prepare binders, and ensure accuracy of new policies prior to client delivery
* Assist with account rounding by making recommendations to current clients that will update and enhance their policies
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient policy management
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and product updates to provide expert advice to clients
**Skills & Experience:**
* At least two (2) years of insurance experience servicing personal lines policies (home and auto)
* Active state insurance license is required
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
* Proficiency in insurance software and systems, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly
* Ability to work in a fast-paced remote environment, with minimal supervision
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
