About the Role: Physical Therapy Aide and Flexologist
We are seeking highly motivated and experienced individuals to join our team as Physical Therapy Aides and Flexologists. As a Flexologist at StretchLab, you will play a crucial role in delivering one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and leading guided group stretching classes, all designed to help our clients improve their flexibility, mobility, and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, one-on-one assisted stretch sessions tailored to each client's needs and goals.
- Lead engaging and informative guided group stretching classes for up to 6 clients, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all participants.
- Encourage and motivate clients throughout their stretch sessions, providing feedback and guidance to help them achieve their full potential.
- Build and retain a loyal client base through exceptional service, sales outreach, and community engagement, contributing to the growth and success of our studio.
- Manage client care with professionalism and empathy, including updating client notes, booking appointments, and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all clients by enforcing StretchLab's policies and safety rules, and maintaining a clean and organized studio environment.
- Participate in staff meetings, educational presentations, and our comprehensive Flexologist training program to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with Sales Associates and the General Manager on studio tours, sales initiatives, and member retention strategies, leveraging your communication skills to promote our services and build strong relationships with our clients.
Essential Qualifications:
To succeed as a Physical Therapy Aide and Flexologist at StretchLab, you should have:
- A genuine passion for boutique fitness, stretching, mobility, and flexibility, with a desire to help others achieve their health and wellness goals.
- Previous experience in a related field such as massage therapy, personal training, physical therapy, or instruction in yoga, Pilates, or dance.
- A fitness certification or relevant professional training, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to the industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create a positive, welcoming environment for clients of all backgrounds and fitness levels.
- A professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to our attendance policies, ensuring consistency and quality in our services.
