Job Overview

The Program Director and Clinical Faculty will play a pivotal role in the administration, coordination, and teaching of the online EdD program in Organizational Leadership. This is a full-time, fixed-term, 12-month appointment at the rank of clinical assistant, associate, or full professor. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and representing the program, developing and maintaining the curriculum, teaching courses, overseeing admissions, and supporting students. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead and shape the School of Education's new online EdD program in Organizational Leadership, designed for working professionals who aim to drive continuous improvement and systemic sustainable change across various organizations.
