About the Role
As a Product Designer or Senior Product Designer at Workwarp, you'll play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our products and services. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define user stories and UX deliverables, ensuring that our products meet the needs of our customers
- Design and develop design system artifacts, including conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups, and prototypes
- Work with developers to implement design solutions, ensuring that our products are both functional and visually appealing
- Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze data to inform design decisions and improve the user experience
- Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, effectively communicating the value and benefits of our designs
- Develop and maintain detailed design specifications, design patterns, and documentation to ensure consistency and quality across our products
- Guide junior designers and contribute to the development of our design system, ensuring that our products are consistent, intuitive, and user-friendly
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Computer Interaction, Human Factors Engineering, Computer Science, Visual Design, or a related discipline
- At least 2 years of experience in product design, with a focus on user experience, interaction design, or a related field
- Strong skills in modern design and prototyping tools, such as Axure, Sketch, Zeplin, Flinto, and Adobe CC
- Experience working in an agile environment, with a strong understanding of design systems and user-centered design principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
If you have the following skills and experience, you'll be an ideal candidate for this role:
- A Master's degree in Human Computer Interaction, Human Factors Engineering, Computer Science, Visual Design, or a related discipline
- 3+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on user experience, interaction design, or a related field
- Experience managing design systems and working with large, complex applications
- Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to deal with complex data problems and implement sustainable solutions
- Knowledge of remote unmoderated testing tools and moderated testing devices and platforms
