The Role: Product Manager
We're seeking an accomplished Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Product Manager at Mon Ami, you'll have the autonomy to make decisions that drive impact. You'll be working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data, and QA, to develop and launch features that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and develop innovative features and products, leveraging your technical expertise to inform product decisions.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs, gathering feedback and insights to drive product development and improvement.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' pain points, working with the data team to inform product decisions with data-driven insights.
- Lead QA efforts, ensuring that products are thoroughly tested and meet the required standards.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, engineering teams, and leadership, to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Make informed decisions about product trade-offs, balancing customer needs with technical feasibility and business objectives.
Essential Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a technical industry such as software development or healthcare.
- A proven track record of working collaboratively with software engineers to develop and launch successful products.
- Exceptional empathy and listening skills, with the ability to understand and articulate customer needs.
- Experience with case management, healthcare, or productivity software is a plus.
- Ability to work 6+ hours/day that overlap with California time (PST).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the senior services or healthcare industry, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in this space.
- A background in software development or a related technical field, with the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
