**Job Responsibilities**
As a Proofreader & Customer Representative Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and quality of our content. Your responsibilities will include:
* **Proofreading Written and Digital Work Product**: Review and edit written content, including marketing materials, internal documents, emails, press releases, and website text, to ensure accuracy, grammar, punctuation, syntax, usage, consistency, and brand voice.
* **Crosschecking References and Data**: Verify the accuracy of all referenced facts and double-check cross-referenced materials to ensure the integrity of our content.
* **Reviewing Output for Consistency**: Review content to ensure consistency with company-wide work and maintain a deep understanding of our brand voice and messaging.
* **Collaborating with Team Members**: Attend team meetings, provide constructive editorial input, and communicate with team members to ensure consistent, accurate, and high-quality work product.
* **Improving Editing Processes**: Suggest process improvements and evaluate and recommend changes to create efficiencies and enhance our content creation process.
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
* Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for language.
* Proficiency in computer software, including word processing, email, and content management systems.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
**Preferred Qualifications**
