Key Responsibilities:

- Take complex customer orders using order systems and provide accurate pricing information
- Collect, package, and prepare items for delivery, ensuring timely and efficient service
- Set up and operate printing, binding, and other related equipment, utilizing client-provided unique media and reports
- Maintain a safe, clean, and accurate retail location, adhering to arenaflex standards and guidelines
- Process financial transactions using a Retail location terminal (POS), including handling cash and making change
- Clean, repair, and stock all retail location printing and delivery equipment and supplies, ensuring optimal performance and availability
- Stay current on retail location marketing materials and ensure proper display of all retail area product and signage
- Take proactive measures to prevent errors and waste, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions
Essential Qualifications and Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
- 6+ years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and colleagues
- Strong consultative skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, taking initiative and making sound decisions
- Ability to lift 55 pounds, bend, and kneel, as required by the role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under significant pressure, while maintaining attention to detail and focus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
- Knowledge of print, signs and designs, and transportation products and services, with the ability to provide expert guidance and support
- Experience with order systems, POS terminals, and other related technology, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to creatively resolve customer complaints and issues
