- Fulfilling customer requests by clarifying desired information, completing transactions, and forwarding requests to the relevant teams or departments
- Maintaining our call center database by entering information and documenting customer interactions to ensure accurate records and seamless follow-up
- Updating your job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, knowledge management, and training sessions to stay up-to-date with the latest products, services, and processes
- Developing and maintaining appropriate reporting requirements as directed by your supervisor or manager to ensure transparency and accountability
- Handling Subject Matter Expert inquiries and assisting other team members to ensure a collaborative and supportive team environment
- Assisting in the training of new hires and participating in quality assurance activities to ensure consistency and excellence in our service delivery
Essential Qualifications
